from pulaski skyway/ nj turnpike:
towards holland tunnel (as you approach the tunnel entrance) make left at the first light (--jersey ave) continue into hoboken (under the train tracks) the road bears right..this is observer highway..continue past the exxon on the left...pass the light at willow and make next left at park ave then first left onto newark..pass willow...parking for the Neumann leather building is on the left..park...
proceed to the entrance in the back behind the loading dock. Go into the building....pass security desk on your right...go through double doors back outside...make right go inside enter the stairwell....go up to third floor make left...follow signs to _gaia studio.
